  1. Sign up for Ascend and create an account for your agency: https://www.useascend.com/sign-up

  2. Configure the experience that your customer will see, including logo and button colors:

  1. Add your agency's banking details:

  1. Add the carriers/wholesalers that your agency uses the most. This is required so that you can offer one-click premium financing to your clients. Ensure you are selecting the correct branch address!

  1. Add your agency's sales team (producers), service team (account managers), and accountants:

  1. [Optional] Configure take rates for premium financing.
