Setting Up the Integration

Using the Integration - Producers & Account Managers

• Any user with Producer permissions in Ascend can use the AMS 360 integration by clicking "New Program" from the Ascend dashboard, then clicking "Import from AMS 360":

• This will allow the user to search for all insureds stored in AMS 360, as well as all open invoiced policies associated with the insured:

• Once the insured has been selected, you can import the information into Ascend to create the program:

Please note the following fields are not automatically populated from AMS 360 and should be filled manually:

• Minimum earned rate
