3
Click "Edit policy"
If a program has already been paid for (ie not in "Payment Due" status), you can only edit limited information (Carrier, Wholesaler, Policy Number, Effective/Expiration date) from this screen. ***Other changes are possible by Accounting / Admin users from the Pending Approval screen before payouts are approved and sent.*** If a program has not been paid for you can edit all information you've previously entered.
Example 1: Policy that has been paid for
4
All information in the below screenshot is editable
Once you edit the information, you must upload a document that verifies the new information (ie change of effective date or new wholesaler).
5
Once the information has been edited and a new document has been uploaded, click "Update quote".
Example 2: Policy that has not been paid for (in "Payment due" status)
6
Once you click Actions > Edit policy, all fields are able to be edited. This is useful if you discover billing errors before the insured has paid: - Quote number - Policy number - Carrier - Wholesaler - Coverage type - Effective/expiration date - Minimum earned premium - Commission rate - Attached documents - All dollar value fields
7
Once all your changes have been made, click "Update quote"
