How to Create a Billing in Veruna

In order to successfully create an Ascend Checkout from a Veruna Billing, the following fields are required: **On the Policy:** - Premium & fees - Policy number - Coverage type - Commission rate - Minimum earned premium - Effective date - Expiration date - Billing company - Carrier - Producer - Account manager **On the Account:** - Name - Mailing address **On the Contact** - First name - Last name - Email - Phone number

Once the above fields have been completed, visit the policy you want to create the billing for and click the dropdown on the far right hand side.

Click "Insert Billings"

Click "Ok"

If you want to bill your insured for multiple policies at once (on the same program / finance agreement) create billings on all policies you want to bill before clicking "Ascend Checkout"
