How to Match and Post Incoming Payments to AMS 360

Payment Identification

Navigate to [https://dashboard.useascend.com/accounting/incoming-payments/6141336f-5728-4426-9ec5-39c2eec73604?p=0](https://dashboard.useascend.com/accounting/incoming-payments/6141336f-5728-4426-9ec5-39c2eec73604?p=0)

Select a payment row with the status "Needs matching"

Select a quote/policy with AMS Match status of "Unmatched"

Transaction Matching

Ascend will attempt to automatically match to the account and policy in AMS 360. If the wrong account or policy was matched, you can select "Unlink" to relink to a new account or "Edit" to match to a new policy

Select all transaction checkboxes to reconcile payment against gross premium. Note the amount invoiced in AMS 360 must match the amount invoiced in Ascend

Click 'Match selected transactions'.

Close matching details panel.

Click "Post to AMS"
