Understanding Payouts to Your Agency from Ascend

Useascend

All payouts to your agency from Ascend have a corresponding reference number, which is included in the payment description on your bank statement. The reference number either starts with "B" for payments to your agency from Ascend, or "T" for payments from your agency to Ascend.

Navigate to [https://dashboard.useascend.com/accounting/bank-transactions](https://dashboard.useascend.com/accounting/bank-transactions)

This is a list of all payments made to and from your agency using Ascend. These transactions should match your bank statements and can be used to complete your monthly bank reconciliation

Select a transaction from the list to view its details. - You can search by the reference number included in the payout description - You can also filter for the amount using the "Filters" selector

The transaction detail will provide a full breakdown of the reason for the payout. Clicking "Download CSV" will download a full policy-level breakdown of premium/taxes/fees for all the policies sold.

Clicking the "Export CSV" button will give you option to filter by a date range for more refined results. Open the exported file in Excel or another software of your choice to get the information for the transaction.
