Case MOnitor Demonstration

Case MOnitor is a tool that uses Missouri Case.Net publicly available tools to answer specific questions for the Court. It sends a result to an email address with quick turn-around. Then, the State, Court staff, pretrial personnel, probation and parole or defense attorneys could present this information during a bond, or other, hearing.

Navigate to [https://casemomonitor.com/get-defendant-summary.html](https://casemomonitor.com/get-defendant-summary.html)

Click the "First Name" field.

Type in the defendant's first name.

Click the "Last Name" field.

Type in the Defendant's Last Name.

Click the "Birth Year (optional)" field.

Type in the birth year. Although not required, this limits the number of false positive and extra results you may have in your response.

Click "Add Defendant"

When you have all of your defendants (you can submit multiple defendants at the same time), then click "Submit All Defendants."

Results come back to the email address you specify.

The Case.Net results appear in an easy to use format: 1. Number of Cases 2. Number of Failures to Appear & Docket Numbers 3. Motions to Revoke Bond 4. Motions to Revoke Probation 5. Previous Bonds posted 6. Court dates upcoming 7. A digest of the information in each criminal case 1. Case Number 2. Location 3. Charges 4. Dispositions, if available.
