Edit a Digital Course

Workday

**This guide will show Learning Partners how to edit digital courses in Workday**. A digital course is an online learning module that learners can view and complete at their own pace. Once completed, the course status is recorded and available on the learner's transcript.

Navigate to your Workday dashboard.

Hover over "Learning Management" in the navigation bar. Click on "Learning Admin".

Click "Manage Learning Content"

Enter the lesson name in the Search bar

Click on the digital course name to open its details

Click "Edit Lesson". The "View as Learner" button must read “View as Admin" in order to make edits to the lesson.

Click "OK"

Update course details, expiration rules, or Learner Group Rules (if applicable)

If you update default or advanced expiration rules for this course, any completed learning records that also use those rules will be updated.

Update lessons as needed, review, and click "Submit" to apply changes.
