How to Download Class Roster

This guide helps Learning Partners, Learning Administrators, and the class's designated Trainer, download class rosters to record attendance or grades.

Navigate to the course in Workday Learning. You can do this in two ways. The first way is by searching for the course or through the Learning Management icon on the left side of the page. You would do this if you have Learning Partner or Learning Administrator access.

If you do not have Learning Partner or Learning Administrator access, but you are the designated Learning Trainer or Learning Instructor, you will use this method. From the Workday landing page, hover over "Learning Management" and click on "Learning Trainer".

Click "My Schedule"

Click on the course offering that you want to print the roster from.

Click "View Course"

Click on the course offering from where you want to print the roster.

Click "Enrollments"

Click Export to Excel icon

Click "Download"

Download button outlined on the Export Document window.

Use the Excel file to create the roster for your course offering. You can change the header to reflect the course name, delete the Enrollment Status and change it to Signature, insert columns to capture other details if desired. Print the roster and bring it with you to your course offering to use as a sign-in sheet.
