9 steps
Workday
1
**This guide is for employees using their Learning Transcript.** It shows you how to locate the learnings you're enrolled in, are working on, and have completed.
2
Navigate to your [Workday homepage](https://wd12.myworkday.com/williammary/d/home.htmld).
3
Hover over "Personal" in the navigation bar. Click on "Learning" in the dropdown.
4
Click "My Transcript"
5
Your learning transcript has three categories: Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. The "Not Started" section of "My Transcript" lists courses or training programs you are enrolled in or assigned to, but have not yet begun.
6
"In Progress" refers to courses and programs a learner has started but not yet completed.
7
"Learning History" lists all completed courses and programs.
8
Each category has the option to export to Excel. Use this feature if you need to provide a physical copy of your learning record for compliance or verification reasons.
Note: do not use the filter feature before downloading to Excel if you need to sort information because that feature is for viewing within Workday Learning only. You will need to filter within the Excel spreadsheet.
