Navigate to [https://portals.veracross.com/valorchristian](https://www.google.com/?safe=active&ssui=on&zx=1765292069176&no_sw_cr=1)

Click "Update Family Profile".

Click "My Personal Contact Information"

Click "edit"

Update the "Mobile Phone" number and Email Address.

RAVE requires that each user has a **unique** mobile phone number and email address in order to create an account an receive alerts. Ensure each member of your family has a different email and mobile phone number to ensure that you can receive email and mobile phone alerts.

Click "save"

It may take up to 24 hours for our database to sync with RAVE and update the information.
