Introduction
1
Each address needs to be downloaded to the device before it will be visible on the main display (this can only be done via the sync centre). Once downloaded, each address will be shown in tile format to include the UPRN (unique property reference number), property address details and main reference photograph (if this has been collected).
Address Navigation
2
To navigate to a specific group of properties or individual address, you have the option of either using the search facility at the top or filters on the left of the screen.
Search
3
To search for an address, start typing in the free text 'Search...' field, this will filter to any properties matching the criteria and display the results on the main screen. Clear the search bar to return to your full list of addresses.
Filters - Address
4
Filters can be used to display a specific property or group of properties based on the UPRN or any part of the address. Select the field you want to search via and type in the relevant data using the pop-up keyboard provided.
5
To the right of each field you have the filter option of either 'Exact' or 'Contains'. Select the appropriate value from the drop-down list.
6
Once you have updated the relevant filters, click 'Apply'. Your address area will now show the properties which meet the criteria you have defined.
7
Tap 'Clear' at any point to return to your full address list.
Filters - Appointment Schedule
8
The 'Appointment Schedule' section can be used to filter to properties due to be surveyed within specific date parameters. NOTE: This feature will only work for properties that have been downloaded via a survey list. For the software to pull through the relevant results, the appointment details need to have been set up before the survey list is downloaded. Please refer to the Lifespan Web user manual for guidance on setting up survey lists.
9
Within the 'Appointment Schedule' section, use the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields to assign the applicable date parameters using the calendar pop up.
10
Once the dates have been entered, tap 'Apply'.
11
Any addresses matching the assigned schedule criteria will be displayed on screen. Tap 'Clear' at any point to return to your full address list.
