Tap the 'Attributes' tile to review/edit the attributes associated with the selected property. The majority of attribute data is now collected within the 'Smart Survey' tile, alongside planned maintenance information, however this area can be used to review existing information and update where needed. NOTE: If a smart survey is being populated as part of the data collection, there will be no requirement to use this 'Attributes' module to collect additional information.

The data held within the 'Attributes' area is split into two separate tabs. The first of these contains all property attribute data and the second any associated component data (planned maintenance). Swipe across the screen or tap on the heading to switch between the sections.

Attributes marked true for 'Is Mobile' in your associated web account will be displayed in the first tab. Any pre-existing data will be displayed with the relevant value shown beneath the attribute name and a blue bar to the left of the record. The following key is used to show a distinction between existing and new values. Not Set = Grey Historic values = Blue New data = Green

Tap the attribute description to make changes.

Tap in the first field to enter the value. The data type will be based on the system design of your account and will either allow you to enter a date (via a pop-up calendar), use the keypad to enter a numeric value, type in a free-text value or select from a drop-down list. This is dependent on which attribute has been selected.

In this example we are entering a numeric value. As soon as the value field is selected, the keypad will appear to allow you to enter the relevant data.

Once the value has been provided, you also have the option of entering a 'Location or 'Sub-Location'. These values act the same as within Lifespan Housing, allowing you to record further information for the attribute or make the attribute unique if multiple values are required. Update as required and click 'Save Changes' to navigate back to your attributes list. NOTE: The 'Location' and/or 'Sub-Location' fields are only mandatory if you require different values assigning to the same attribute, this ensures the record is unique on upload. In all other instances, these fields are optional.

The value will be displayed beneath the attribute name and the colour key will show as a new record. NOTE: To allow for additional values to be recorded against the same attribute, once a record has been added a new line will be displayed to enter any further information. Any additional records against the same attribute name will require you to enter a 'Location' and/or 'Sub-Location' before saving.

Tap or swipe across to view the 'Components' list. This area will show all property attributes that have an associated work rate and would require a maintenance schedule.

Tap the applicable component description to make changes.

A list of available maintenance rates will be displayed, select the applicable rate for the component you are adding.

Input the required information within the 'Add Maintenance Record' screen, including the condition, priority and quantity. Similar to attributes, the 'Location' and 'Sub-Location' fields are optional and only required when assigning multiple records to the same component. Additional optional fields include 'Custom Cost' which allows you to assign a bespoke value rather than using the default rate cost and 'Notes' which allow you to add a comment against the selected component record. The completion date will auto-populate based on the condition provided. The software uses the same methodology as in Lifespan housing to assign a date based on a percentage of the design life for the component i.e. A = 90%, B = 70%, C = 40%, D = 15%, E = 0%.

Once all fields have been updated as required, click 'Save Maintenance Record' to navigate back to your components list.

Repeat as required for all attribute and component records. NOTE: Reminder that this section is not required if you are entering the assessment data via the recommended 'Smart Survey'. Entering the data in both sections may result in duplication and data inconsistencies.
