Set Initial RSA Token PIN

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set the RSA Token PIN. Once you have imported the token on your mobile device, you must set a PIN that is between 4 and 8 digits.

Open your web browser and type [citrix.hs.uab.edu](http://citrix.hs.uab.edu) and press Enter

Enter the following information to login: - Username: AD Username (UABMC E-Mail and/or Citrix Apps Username) - Password: AD Password (Password for UABMC E-Mail and/or Citrix Apps) - Passcode: Tokencode (Numbers displayed on RSA Token app) Then click 'Log On'

In the next step, you will create a PIN for your RSA token. The PIN cannot start with zero, be repetitive, or be a sequence of numbers, such as 0237, 0745, 1111, 2222, 1234, or 9876.

Please enter a 4 - 8 digit PIN that meets these requirements using the above alert as a reference. Then click 'Submit'

Confirm your PIN and click 'Submit'

Allow the token code on your phone to change, and then enter the new passcode. The passcode is your PIN followed by the token code displayed on your mobile device. For example, if your pin is 8316 and the token is 7391 7126, your passcode would be 831673917126
