Navigate to <https://solutions.campusivy.com/Apps/Core/Student/Details/913003>

Click Find the Fund source that needs to be updated and Select edit

Click "add" to add additional disbursements. you need to calculate what that the total per PP/ QUARTER/ SEMESTER needs to be to determine how many additional awards needs to be scheduled.. In this case.. they had 4000$ schedule in 2 PP/SEM and the total needs to be 6000$. So 2 PP/SEM needs to be added and ensure to use the dates of each PP/SEM. The 2 additional needs to be tied to 12/16/2024 and 3/17/2025

Enter the amount needed to make the PP/ Semester the even total .. In this example 1000$ is needed.. Remember to update the PP/SEM. The Disb date can be a current date ONLY of the PP/SEM is past. If not it needs to match the term start date.

Click "SAVE" after all updates are completed

Then repeat steps 4-5 for the next PP/ TERM DATE

Here you see all the disb. of this award and the start dates of the PP/SEM will total 3000$ each PP/ SEM to make he award total 6000$
