UTSW Learn Guest Log in Guide

This guide quickly shows UT Southwestern Guests how to register, activate, and log into the UT Southwestern guest learning portal, then find and launch assigned training. It also explains how to access and print completion certificates. Viewing it saves time and prevents common setup or access mistakes.

To begin, visit [www.utsouthwestern.edu/utswlearnguest](https://www.utsouthwestern.edu/utswguestlearn) to create your external user account.

If you do not have an account, click **External User Registration**

Please provide the required information. Your email address will serve as your username.

After you submit the registration form, return to your email to confirm your account.

You will receive a conformation email similar to the image below. Once you click the link to activate your account, you will receive an confirmation.

You will return to the main login page where you'll enter your email address and password. Click the External User Log in button to access UTSW Learn.

Welcome to the training center for UT Southwestern Guests

Click on the appropriate group of training courses.

Click on the course to start your training.

Click **Launch** to complete your training.

To view, print, or save your completion certificates, click Go to My Transcript.
