Customizing Client Retention Postcards for AEP

Getting Started

Navigate to <https://garityadvantage.com/> - Hover over - Lead & Retention Programs - Click Retention Post Cards.

Review Program Details & Eligibility

Organize Your Data

1. Download the Client Data List Template 2. Drop your fields into the Excel Sheet 3. Save to your computer [https://garityadvantage.com/mailtemplate](https://garity.pica9.com/cd/login/index)

Visit the Collateral Storefront

**Visit the Collateral Storefront** - If you do not have an account, please register - This may take up to 24 hours for activation Once approved, **Login** Link below: [https://garity.pica9.com](https://garity.pica9.com/cd/login/index)

Visit the Catalog

Choose Postcard Design

Click Select for 2027 AEP Retention Postcards.

Once you have selected the desired card - Select "customize"

You can order more than one card type; however, each card type must be submitted as a separate order. **Please only include one card type per list and process each order individually.**

Customize and Approve

You must edit both FRONT & BACK of the card

Starting on the **FRONT** *Review each layer by double-clicking* ***This card example starts with "Logo" - This is Optional***

**Upload your Logo**\ *\*If you have one saved from previous years, select "Mine"*\ \ Once uploaded & selected - hit **"Apply"** *If you do **NOT** wish to include a logo or headshot in this place, select "Delete Image Layer" at the bottom*

The Logo will appear outside of the workspace. You can then drag & drop to your desired location on the front of the card.

Continue to move through the Layers on the left

1. **Double-click the Phone layer** 2. Confirm the phone number for accuracy, make changes if needed 3. Then **APPLY**

1. **Double-click the Headshot or QR Code layer.** 2. **Upload your Headshot or QR Code**\ *\*If you have one saved from previous years, select "Mine"* 3. Then **APPLY** *If you do **NOT** wish to include a logo or headshot in this place, select "Delete Image Layer" at the bottom*

Move or adjust image if needed

1. **Double Click the Contact Info Layer** 2. Review the Fields\ *Must update/remove text if you do not want it listed* 3. Once confirmed, hit "Apply"

1. **Double Click the Image layer** 2. Review the options & Make a selection 3. Once confirmed, hit "Apply"

Edit the BACK of the Card

Click Back & move through the Layers

1. **Double-click the Phone layer** 2. Confirm the phone number for accuracy, make changes if needed 3. Then **APPLY**

1. **Double-click the Headshot or QR Code layer.** 2. **Upload your Headshot or QR Code**\ *\*If you have one saved from previous years, select "Mine"* 3. Review the **FRONT and BACK** of the card carefully. Once you have reviewed both sides for accuracy, **double-check and then triple-check** all information, including name, contact details, branding, and any custom text. After you have confirmed everything is correct, return to the **FRONT**

Double-click Approve Proof.

Change from **"Approve Document" TO "Document Approved"**\ \ Then **"Apply"**

Then, **FINISH**

Placing Your Order

Select "Order"

**Quantity will remain as 1 regardless of the number of records on your list** - Upload your mailing list - Then "Add to Cart and Check Out"

- Select **"Garity"** as the Billing Account from the drop-down menu. - Update the **phone number** in your shipping address. **Important:** - Orders will **not** be shipped to the address listed in Staples - Cards will be mailed to the recipients listed on your spreadsheet - The billing address and phone number are only used for Staples' records and in case they need to contact you regarding the order - The order total should display as **$0.00** - Click **Place Order** to submit Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. **Orders submitted before the deadline will be processed and mailed during the first week of October.**
