How to Create a QBO account for a Client

1. Slack or Email me the following: Company Name Email Address for company Is this being billed to you or the client? What version of QBO **and if you are wanting to add anyone to their file from our team other than yourself 2. Once you've added the client as a user and they have accepted, please slack or email me and I will make them Primary Admin. **This must be done within 30 days or you will be billed the subscription fee even if you selected "direct bill to client"

QuickBooks

Either on Slack or Email, Please send me the following

"Business name *" and "Email"

Let me know any additional team members you'd like added besides yourself

Whether you want the QBO subscription billed to you or the client

And what version of QBO you'd like setup

The company will then be set up under your header "Advisor Name: Client"

Once your account has been created, please add the client as a user

Click "Manage users"

Once the client has accepted the invitation, please let me know and I will make them Primary Admin so they can enter their billing information if you are using direct billing to client.
