Add a Template to Meeting or Directsign

Learn how to add a template to a regular meeting or Directsign session. This guide will walk you through selecting a template and assigning roles for document signing.

Videosign

On the Schedule Meeting/Directsign screen, click on "Templates".

Click on the template you want to add. You can select more than one.

Click on the dropdown and select "To Sign" or "To Read".

If the document is to be signed, you must assign roles. Click "Assign Roles".

Select the correct role for the participant.

Click "Confirm Assignments".

Click "Create".

Documents will be uploaded!
