How to Move a Profile Between Worklists

In SILO, multiple Screening Worklists can be configured with different settings, such as Match Threshold, Matching Mode, and data requirements including Date of Birth and Country. Moving a profile between worklists ensures it is screened using the correct configuration, helping reduce false positives, particularly for profiles with common names or higher risk.

**Open** the relevant **Profile** and click **Edit** **Note:** - The target **Worklist** must already be created by **SILO Support** - Only users with **Senior Compliance** permissions can perform this action

Click **Move to another worklist** in the top-right corner.

In the **Worklist Migration** panel, select the new **Worklist** from the dropdown, then click **Move**.

In the confirmation pop-up, click **Yes** to proceed. **Note:** - Moving a profile may take some time to apply - The profile will typically move to the new worklist by the **next working day** - Ongoing monitoring will then reflect the settings of the new worklist

Click **Save** **Note:** - A message will appear confirming the migration has been **queued** - The button will change to **“Screening provider operation in progress”** while the update is underway - No further action is required — the update will apply automatically

**Compliance Considerations:** Update your internal policies and procedures to define: - When a profile can be moved - Who is authorised to perform the move Ensure the rationale for moving a profile is clearly documented where required
