🔳 It's a new school year (or semester)... How do I activate my new classes?

Note: Clever auto-creates classes for you!... Before the start of each school, Clever syncs data from Infinite Campus and creates your GoGuardian classes. Your student rosters sync nightly throughout the school year. When a new student enrolls (or drops), your GoGuardian roster is updated the next day... no codes, no hassle. Simply click the Accept button for each class.

Scenes give teachers added control over students' web activity during class sessions. (video)

• Allowed List (more restrictive) - All websites are blocked except the websites you allow.

• Blocked List (less restrictive) - All websites are allowed except the websites you block.

🔳 Every Google app has a different address. Is there an easy way to allow all?

TIP: Yes, follow the steps below to use the preset Quick Lists option. GoGuardian created a Quick List called G Suite. The list allows 24 different Google (G Suite) Apps.

🔳 How do I add a co-teacher, para, or substitute to a GoGuardian class?

Yes, but the setup procedures will work differently. If you are not able to sign in to GoGuardian as described above, please contact Shawn Brandt to activate your account. After your account is activated, print the GoGuardian for Kids' Co. - TIP Sheet to review your specific steps.
