You should clear your browser's cache and cookies 1-2 times per month. Web browsers, like Chrome, save some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading issues on sites.

In the upper-right corner, click the **3-dots**... click the **Delete browsing data** option

Click the **Time range** drop-down menu... select the **All time** option

Check two (2) boxes: **Cookies** ...and... **Cached**

Click the **Clear data** button
