Accessing the DoorDash Live Order Management Page

Log in to <https://mm.itsacheckmate.com/> with your credentials.

Go to "**Store Management**" from the sidebar.

Click on "**Orders**" to view the live orders for your location.
Under "Orders Management" Page

Every DoorDash order on the Orders Management Page will have a "**Manage**" button under the "**Actions**" column next to its status to access and manage the DoorDash order.
Under "Order Details" Page

Click on the Order ID to open the Order Details page and view more information about the order.

On the Order Details page, click the "**Live Order Management**" button to manage the order.

A live order management popup will appear, where you can: - View and manage DoorDash orders in real time. - Contact customers or dashers. - Monitor order status and address delivery issues.
Error/Timeout Status

Currently, DoorDash allows access to the live order management functionality for one hour after the order is placed. Once this period expires, the live order management option will no longer be accessible for that order, and an error screen will be displayed as shown below:
