Go to your FleetRunnr portal and click “Fleet” on your Dashboard.

Inside the Fleet module, use the left-side navigation menu and click “Vehicles” to open your Vehicles page.

On the Vehicles page, click the “Create Vehicle” button at the top right of your screen.
Required Information

Click the “License Plate” field and enter the vehicle’s license plate details.

Click the dropdown under “Type” and select the vehicle’s type (Car, Van, Truck, Scooter, or Bicycle).

Click the dropdown under “Engine” and select the vehicle’s engine type (Diesel, Electric, Gasoline, or Hybrid).

Click the dropdown button under “Color” and select the vehicle’s color.

Click the “Make” field and enter the vehicle’s brand (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Ford).

Click the “Model” field and enter the vehicle’s model name.
Optional Information

Click the dropdown button under “Assigned Driver” and choose the driver you want to assign to this vehicle.
**Note:** The drivers shown in this list are the ones you have already added to your workspace.

Click the dropdown button under “Year” and select the year the vehicle’s model was released.

Click the “Save” button at the bottom right of your screen to apply your changes.
