Applying Delivery Zone Surcharges

**Note:** **This process can be completed while creating a shipping method, not only when editing an existing shipping method later on.**

From your FleetRunnr portal, click the **Settings** button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Under the **Shipping** category, click **Shipping Methods**.

Locate the intended shipping method, then click the three horizontal dots (...) on the far right side of it.

Click "Edit"

Inside the window that appears on the right side of the screen, scroll down to find the **Delivery Zone Surcharges** setting.

Enable the toggle next to it.

Click "Add delivery zone"

Choose the intended delivery zone from the dropdown menu.
**When selecting the zone(s) to which you want to apply surcharges, the delivery zones that appear are the ones you’ve already created and set up on the Delivery Zones page.**

Inside the "SURCHARGE" field, enter the surcharge value for this delivery zone.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
