Assigning Members to Locations

In your FleetRunnr portal, click the **Settings** button at the top-right of the screen.

Under the *Workspace* category, click on **Locations Management**.

On the Locations Management page, locate the specific location you want to assign members to from the list of available locations.

Click the three dots (…) on the far right side of the corresponding location.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Assign Members".

**Notes:** - Inside the panel that appears on the right side of the screen, you’ll see a list of the members inside your workspace. - Members with *Full Access* permissions will have access to all locations by default. This is why their email and the enabled toggle button appear shaded at the top of the members list.

From the list of members, locate the member with limited permissions you want to assign to this location.

Enable the toggle next to the member’s name to assign them to the selected location.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
