Configure Weight Surcharges (Flat) For Shipping Methods

From inside your portal, click the settings icon to access the settings page.

Click on **"Shipping Methods"** under the **"Shipping"** category.

On the Shipping Methods page, locate the intended shipping method and click the three horizontal dots (…) on the far right of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click **"Edit".**

Inside the information panel, scroll down to find the "Weight Surcharge" field.

Enable the toggle next to **"Weight Surcharge".**

Enable the **"Charge a flat fee"** checkbox.

Use the **Threshold** field to specify the weight threshold (the defined limit that must be exceeded for the fee to apply).

Use the **Flat Fee** field to specify the flat surcharge value (the fixed amount charged per order, no matter how much the threshold is exceeded).

Click **"Save"** to apply your changes.
