Configuring Distance Surchages For Shipping Methods

From inside your portal, click the settings icon to access the settings page.

Click on **"Shipping Methods"** under the **"Shipping"** category.

On the **Shipping Methods** page, locate the intended shipping method, then click the **three horizontal dots (…)** on the far right of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit".

Inside the information panel that appears on the right side of the screen, scroll down to locate **“Distance Surcharge.”**

Enable the toggle next to **"Distance Surcharge"**

Click **"Add range"** to add a distance range.

Configure the **end limit** of each distance range.
**Note:** Repeat this step for each distance range you’ve added, except the last one, as its end limit is set to infinity.

Configure the surcharge value for each distance range.
**Note:** Repeat this step for each distance range you’ve added.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
