Configuring Dynamic Fees For Shipping Methods

Inside your portal, click the settings icon to access the settings page.

Click on **"Shipping Methods"** under the **"Shipping"** category.

On the shipping methods page, find the intended shipping method and click the three horizontal dots (...) to the far right side of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit".

Inside the information panel, scroll down to find **"Fees".**

Enable the toggle next to **"Fees"**

Click the dropdown under the **"Type"** field.

Choose "Dynamic".

Click the dropdown under the "Anchor Date" field to choose the start of the monthly cycle.

Choose the day that defines the start of the monthly cycle.

Configure **ranges (order count brackets)** with a fee per range—applies the same for both Base and RTO fees. You can configure either one or both sub-types, based on your needs. These sub-types are: - **Base Fees:** per order for delivered orders (based on total monthly delivered orders) - **RTO Fees:** per order for returned orders (based on total monthly returned orders)

Click "Add range" to add order count ranges for the intended fees sub-type.

Configure the **end limit** of each order count range.

**Note:** Repeat this step for each order count range you’ve added, except the last one, as its end limit is set to infinity.

Configure the surcharge value for each order count range.

**Note:** Repeat this step for each range you’ve added.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
