Configuring Operational Lateness For Shipping Methods

From within your portal, click the **Settings** icon located at the top-right corner of the page to access the Settings page.

Under the "Shipping" category, click on **"Shipping Methods".**

On the **Shipping Methods** page, locate the intended shipping method and click the three horizontal dots (**…**) on the far right of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit".

Inside the panel to the right of the screen, scroll down to locate the **"Operational Lateness"** field.

Under the **“Operational Lateness ”** field, use the dropdown to choose whether to configure the threshold in **Hours** or **Minutes**.

Under the **“Operational Lateness”** field, enter the desired threshold value.

Click **"Save"** to apply your changes.
