From inside your portal, click the **Settings** icon located at the top-right side of your screen.

Click **“Shipping Methods”** under the **“Shipping”** category.

Click **"New Shipping Method".**

In the **“Name”** field, enter the name of your shipping method.

Click the **“Type”** field dropdown.

Chosse **"Return (On-Demand)"**

Click "Save" to create the shipping method.
