Enabling The Manage Orders Setting For Merchants

Managing your merchants and the orders processed on their behalf is achieved by enabling the Manage Orders setting within the corresponding merchant's profile on the Merchants page. Once enabled, the merchant can be used to create and manage orders throughout their delivery lifecycle, while also allowing you to maintain the merchant's associated locations.

Fleetrunnr

Click the **Settings icon** at the top-right of your FleetRunnr portal.

Under **Connected Accounts**, click **Merchants**.

On the **Merchants** page, use the search bar and available filters to locate the intended merchant profile.

Click the **three horizontal dots ( … )** on the right side of the intended merchant's profile.

From the menu that appears, click **Edit**.

In the panel that appears on the right side of the screen, scroll down until you locate the **Manage Orders** field.

Click the dropdown menu under the **Manage Orders** field.

Click "Enabled"

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
