Granting a Member Limited Permissions

Log in to your FleetRunnr account and navigate to the settings icon, located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Go to the *Workspace* section and click on **Members**.

On the Members page, locate the member whose permissions you want to manage.

Click the three horizontal dots (**...**) on the far right of the member’s row.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit permissions".

In the panel on the right, click the dropdown next to the member’s name and email.

Click "Limited Access - Restricted to a set of permissions from the list below"
**Note:** You can grant a member access to an entire module or limit access to specific features within a module. For example, you can give a member access to the Orders module while restricting specific actions, such as preventing them from cancelling orders.

Select the module(s) you want the member to have access to. (example: Orders, Shipments, etc.)
Grant Access to Specific Features Within a Module

Click the arrow next to the module name to view its available features.

Select the specific features within this module that you want to grant access to.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
