Fleetrunnr

The portal your merchant owner will access is a **smaller, feature-limited version** of your FleetRunnr portal. However, it still provides everything they need to manage their orders and maintain operations on their side.

From your **FleetRunnr portal**, open **Settings** at the top-right corner of the screen.\ Under the **Connected Accounts** category, click on **Merchants**.

**Tip:** Use the search bar to quickly locate a merchant by its name, or use the available filters to narrow down the list of merchants displayed on the page.

Click the **three horizontal dots ( … )** on the right side of that merchant's profile.

From the menu that appears, click **Invite Owner**.

Inside the **Email** field, type the **email address** of the owner you’re inviting.

Click the **Invite** button to apply your changes and send the invitation to the merchant’s owner.

The invitation is sent to the owner via **email**, through which they can **set up their FleetRunnr account** and join your workspace.
