Only project **Managers** and **Admins** can add members to a project. If you are an **Admin** you may want to use [Bulk Add/Create Project Members](https://scribehow.com/shared/Bulk_AddCreate_Project_Members__3wwDKk3TTGaAwMEmT4rrXQ).

Select a project on your dashboard

Click "Add/Invite Member"

Enter the email address or login of the Language Depot user you want to add to your project and select the role you want to give them.

Yes, unless you're an Admin, you need to know the exact email address or login of anyone you want to add to your project. There is currently no way to search for users. That's the easiest way for us to enforce privacy. We do want to improve this, but it will take time. Ultimately we'd like to group users and project into organisations and then provide more privileges/visibility within those organisations.

Click "Add Member"

If you enter an **email address** and you would like to invite the member to create a new account, check the "Invite" Checkbox next to the "Add Member" button then we will send them an email to create an account and they'll automatically be added to the project when they register.

A user can only be a project **Manager** if they have a verified email address.
