Part 1: How to Request Access

Navigate to [AAO Opinions Access Request Form ](https://airtable.com/appZN312OxCWLANqM/pag7oDQEwrsaWTtA1/form)

Fill in your name, email address, organization, and role, then click Submit.

After submitting the form, check your email for a message from[noreply+automations@airtableemail.com](mailto:noreply+automations@airtableemail.com). TIt will contain your login credentials and a link to the Airtable login page — click<https://airtable.com/login>to continue.
DO NOT FORWARD THIS EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD. Forwarding of this password will require us to reset the password.

Once you are on the Airtable login page, enter the email address and password from the email.

Once logged in, you'll land on the Airtable home page. Click on "CAST Legal Resource Center" to access CAST's databases. \ \ Note: You also have access to other CAST databases — see the end of this guide for details.

To view the T visa AAO opinions, click "AAO Opinions" in the left-side navigation pane.
Part 2: Using the AAO Opinion Table

The front page of the AAO database lists all T visa-related AAO opinions in order of adjudication date. To begin searching, click on the magnifying glass to enter your desired search terms.

You can also filter cases. Click "Filter" to see all available filters and narrow down the list of cases.

Use "Add condition" to apply multiple filters at once.

You'll also notice that there are several curated views at the top of the page which have already been pre-filtered for your convenience.
Access to Additional Databases

Click on the double arrow on the bottom left hand panel to expand the left navigation menu.

Once the navigation panel is expanded, you'll notice that with the AAO login you were provided, you are also automatically granted access to our Privileges database, our CAST created advisories and guides database, and our Trauma-Informed Legal Resource database.
