Editing Guest Names & Companies During Sign-In

This guide shows how to quickly correct or update name, company, contact and visit-reason details from the kiosk (and mobile app) so badges and records are accurate.

To change your name and other profile details, click "Sign-In" on the kiosk and input your phone number.

**For families, guests & volunteers:** If you're a subsequent visitor, you will be taken to a summary screen to review your information. - Click on your first & last name to edit your name. - Click on your email to edit your email address. - If there are other fields listed, you can click on them to provide edits. If no edits are required and all the information is correct, click "Confirm"

The secondary summary screen will summarize your reason for visiting. This is chosen based on your previously inputted reasons. If you're visiting NOT to meet with a resident, but to attend an event or meet with a staff member, click "Change Reason for Visiting" If you ARE meeting with a resident, but need to update the residents being displayed, click "Add or Change Resident" If you are signing in as a family or group, adjust the number displayed and hit "Confirm" - this will ensure enough badges print for every person in the group.

**For providers and vendors:** If you're a subsequent visitor, you will be taken to a summary screen to review your information. - Click on your company name to change your employer. - Click on your service type to change the services you're providing. - Click on your email to edit your email address. - If there are other fields listed, you can click on them to provide edits. If you require edits to your first & last name, please email [communitysupport@accushield.com](mailto:communitysupport@accushield.com) for assistance. If no edits are required and all the information is correct, click "Confirm"

Guests can also update their own profile details using the Accushield mobile app. When signing in to a community, they can click the three lines in the top righthand corner and then choose "My Account" From there, they can click "Edit" to update details like their first and last name.

Community users and admins can also help update account profile's by logging into their Accushield dashboard and exploring the "Accounts" tab.
