Uploading Your Community Logo To Appear on Your Kiosk

Uploading your logo into the Accushield Dashboard will allow your logo to start printing on visitor's badges. This can elevate the appearance of the badges and brand them to your community.

Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com/](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing) Click "Settings"

Click "Community Logo"

Select "Click Here" and choose a jpg, png or svg version of your logo.

If you have an existing logo uploaded, you can change it by clicking "Change" After uploading your logo, select the toggle for 'Use Primary Logo on Kiosk Home Screen.”

As you upload logos, they will appear as a preview on the lefthand side. **Logo Tips:** - Logos will look most high quality if you use an SVG file. - We recommend having the logo dimensions be roughly 280x280. - We'd recommend uploading a logo with a transparent background. If you need to remove the background of your logo, try using the following free resources:[Remove.bg](https://www.remove.bg/) [Canva](https://www.canva.com/features/background-remover/) [Adobe Express](https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/remove-background) If you have a 15 inch Kiosk screen, we'd recommend choosing the "15'' Screen" option.

This will allow you to upload *secondary* logos to appear on the Kiosk. You can add additional images like awards and recognitions you may want to share (ex. Best Place to Work 2025 award).

You can preview how the multiple logos will appear on the Kiosk using the preview on the righthand side.

Remember to toggle the "Use Secondary Logo on Kiosk Home Screen" option On and hit "Save"

If you don't see your newly uploaded logos displayed on the kiosk, you may need to give it a restart. Restart your kiosk app by tapping 5-6 times on the Accushield logo in the bottom corner of your kiosk and then choose the "Restart" option. Please note, if you have more than one kiosk, the image will be the same across all kiosks at your building.
