How to Verify An Updated Email Address in SEADS

Follow this guide to successfully verify your new email address and transition into the SEADS portal. These steps ensure your account is authenticated and configured for immediate use in the platform.

Salesforce

If you have an updated .edu email address, please reach out to [esuccess@ecampus.usg.edu](mailto:esuccess@ecampus.usg.edu) to have your email updated in SEADS/Salesforce. This will ensure that you continue to receive communications from eCampus.

You will receive an email from [QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com](mailto:QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com) with the subject line 'Finish changing your Salesforce account's email address' Select the link in the email

This link is only valid for 72 hours

Click "Verify Email Address"

Click "Log In"

If you do not know your current SEADS password, please email [esuccess@ecampus.usg.edu](mailto:esuccess@ecampus.usg.edu) for a temporary password.

Enter your SEADS password and select 'Log In' You must successfully complete this step for the email change to go into effect.

Your email address should be updated at this point. The following steps are optional.

Click "Continue"

To access the regular SEADS homepage: Select the Waffle Icon in the top left and choose 'SEADS Portal'

After you've completed this process, please continuing accessing SEADS from [seads.ecampus.usg.edu](https://seads.ecampus.usg.edu)
