What is App Referral? Your App Referral Program is managed under Mobile App > Referral Program <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/mobile#ReferralProgram> It allows your users to invite friends and family to download your mobile app. When a potential user (RECIPIENT) is sent a referral by an existing app user (REFERRER), they download the app and enter the Referral Code at sign-up. After their first purchase is made, they are automatically sent an award that you determine below. This can be a complimentary wash, an Item Dollar Discount, or a Transaction Dollar Discount.\ The Referrer will also receive an award of Loyalty Points (determined in Referral Settings) once the Recipient has made their first purchase. By offering both the Referrer and the Recipient ‘awards’, you can actively encourage users to market your car wash.

To view the App Referral Report: Log in to <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Mobile App > App Referral <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/reporting/MobileApp#AppReferral>

Choose your date range. The report can show up to a year's worth of data, or you can drill down to a single day.

Enter your date range and click 'Search' to update the report.

'Top Referrer' is whomever had the MOST app referrals during the specified date range.

'Loyalty Points Given' is how many loyalty points were given for the referral program during the date range. This DOES NOT include loyalty points manually assigned to specific customers or loyalty points earned through any other means. It ONLY shows loyalty points given directly related to the referral program.

Referral Purchases is how many purchases the friends and family (RECIPIANTS) made.

Referral Sign-Ups shows the total number of new customers obtained through referrals over the timespan.

You can quickly search and sort the columns.

Tapping at the top will sort the list from largest to smallest. Tap again to sort smallest to largest.

Tap the icon next to the referral sign-up number to see more information.

Here you can see exactly who this person signed up.

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to the default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)
