Quickly search for a customer's name here.

Account ID is a handy field especially if you have multiple customers with the same name.

Filter by a specific club by selecting it here.

'Club Price' is a powerful search tool if you only have a customer's word on how much they were paying for a club and you're not 100% sure which club they're in.

'Use Count' is how many times that customer used their ExpressPass club over this timespan. Like the other columns, you can quickly sort by ascending or descending order by tapping the column header name at the top.

Average Revenue = (club Price x months in the club) / use count

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to the default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)
