ExpressPass Reporting in Hosted Solutions

There are 2 types of ExpressPass reports: Activity and Usage. Activity breaks down activity per individual ExpressPass user. Usage shows the report of ExpressPass activity in that timeframe. Document #101-0335 Updated 04/07/2025

First, we'll look at the Activity report. Log in to <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > ExpressPass > Activity<https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/reporting/ExpressPass#Activity>

Set the date range you want to see and tap 'Search' You can view up to a year's worth of data or drill down to a single day.

At the top, you can quickly see how many club uses, average revenue per wash and average revenue per club. Total club uses counts how many times the club was used during this timespan. It is the total of the 'Use Count' column.

Average Revenue Per Wash = the average of all revenue (last column on the table)

Average Revenue Per Club is shown here.

The Account, Account ID, Club, Club Price, Use Count, and Average Revenue columns can all be easily searched and sorted.

Tapping the top of the columns will quickly sort the data in ascending or descending order.

Tapping any of the Account names will open that user's page in a separate tab.

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)

Now, let's look at the Usage Report. Click 'Usage'

Click this date field.

Set the date range you want to see and tap 'Search' You can view up to a year's worth of data or drill down to a single day.

All of the columns can all be easily searched and sorted.

Don't forget you can always click and drag the column width to how you like it.

In this example there are quite a few media types. Typically you'll just have one.

There are many different types of transactions that could show on this report. In this example, we have: - PrepaidPassUsed - AppWashClubKioskSignUp - WashClubReSignUp - AppWashClubTimeUsed

Tapping on the Transaction Record will open that exact record in a new window.

Below is a screenshot of the Transaction Record that opens in a new window.
