The first category of Products is 'Kiosk Items'. Kiosk items are the foundation for any other item you create in Hosted Solutions. Bundles. Wash Clubs. Single use codes. Promo codes and deals. The item must exist in Hosted Solutions as a Kiosk Item before anything else can be done/created/discounted associated with it. What is confusing is that updating or adding a 'Kiosk Item' product in Hosted Solutions does nothing to the actual kiosk. Items need to be manually entered into the kiosk, then manually entered into Hosted Solutions. The Item ID is what ties the 'Kiosk Item'

'Type' is either 'Wash Purchase' or 'Bundle Code'. 'Wash Purchase' is a single wash. 'Bundle Code' is a bundle being sold at the kiosk.

Please note! Bundles sold on the mobile app are managed under Products > Mobile <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/products#Mobile> 'Bundle Code' under Kiosk Items is only for bundles sold at the kiosk.

To add a new 'Kiosk Item' to Hosted Solutions: tap 'Add New Item'.

Choose the Item Type (Wash or Bundle Code).

Item ID is a number from 1-8. It corresponds to the kiosk item number. If you're unsure what to put, check your kiosk.

'Name' is the name of the wash or bundle. Typically, you'll name it the same as it appears on your kiosk.

'Price' is the price.

'SKU' is an optional field. It's a unique identifier that some washes use. For example, it could be "10", "33", or "UltWash".

Details are what is included with this wash or bundle. Typically, it's the same as you have in the kiosk.

When you're done creating the kiosk item, hit 'Submit'.

Kiosk items can easily be edited by hovering over the row and tapping the 'Edit' button when it appears. It's harder to delete an item. After it has been claimed, or if it is part of a bundle or club, it cannot be deleted.

Under 'Options', you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to the default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)
