The Transactions Report in Hosted Solutions

The Transactions Report breaks down every transaction as an individual line item. You can set a date range, narrow your search by location/kiosk, or quickly search for the last 4 digits of a credit card number. Document # 101-0328 Updated: 04/07/2028

By default, the report will show month-to-date data. This report shows every single transaction. On the mobile app, on the website, at the pay station, DTT, everything.

Like the other reports, you can toggle columns, save layout, and restore default. Unlike other reports, 'Export' is also here under 'Options'

Here, I've selected 'Toggle Columns' I've confirmed everything is turned on (you can easily turn them off here) Click 'Submit'

Click this date field.

You can search through a single day (which is what I'm doing here) or up to a year's worth of data (this will take a LONG time to load!) Select the range you want and tap 'Search'

Card Number is a very powerful tool to identify a specific transaction.

In this example, only 1 transaction was made (in this date range) by the card ending in 0216. Tapping the Transaction ID link will open that specific transaction in another tab:

(Shown is the new tab that the specific Transaction Report will display) Here you can gather more information about the specific transaction including: - Time of the transaction (as reported by the kiosk) - Type of transaction (this was a recurring payment for a wash club) - Type of card used (this was a Discover card)

You can easily filter the report by: - Date - Type (sale, refund, change) - Payment (credit card, cash, gift card, fleet) - Location - Model - Terminal ID - Kiosk Record ID - Transaction ID - Card Number

The rectangles at the top give quick counts for the different transaction types (sales, refunds, change)

'Export' is under the 'Options' dropdown. The report can easily be exported as a .CSV file.
