About Page
We recommend that ALL QUESTIONS are originally created in the **Quiz Question Library**, then imported to a Quiz, to ensure that the creation process is smooth.
1
In your Unit Space, click **"Assessments"** then **"Quizzes"** in the navbar.
2
Select the **Question Library** tab, and navigate to the **folder/section** that you would like to create your questions in.
3
Click the "**Add**" dropdown, and select "**Long Answer Question (LA)**".
4
Enter your question in the "**Question Text**" box.
5
Tick the "**Enable HTML Editor for learner responses**" option to enable more formatting options for student responses. \ *NOTE: this **not** **recommended** if using Respondus LockDown Browser, as it disables the in-built Spell checker within the quiz.*
Ticking "**allow learners to insert images and add attachments**" will allow them to submit video or audio responses.
6
Allocate the "**Default Points**".
7
More features can be enabled in the "**Options**" menu.
8
A rubric can be attached by clicking "**Add Rubric**".
9
When done, make sure to "**Save**".
10
For students to be able to see feedback for long answer questions, either provide feedback in the overall **Attempt Feedback**. Or, Modify the **Quiz Results Display** in the **Evaluation & Feedback panel** to allow questions to be viewed.
11
To preview your questions, click "Assessment 1: Knowledge Quiz".
12
Click "Start Quiz!".
Review your questions, and close the tab to return to the Quiz.
13
Click "Question 1"
