Randomly Select Questions from a Question Pool

In your quiz, create a question pool to randomly select a specific number of questions from a larger set.

On the navbar, click **"Assessments"**

Then **"Quizzes"**

In this example we will edit an existing Quiz, if you need to create a quiz, please refer to [Creating a Quiz](https://vucollaboratehelp.vu.edu.au/help-guides/assessment/quiz-tools/774-create-creating-a-quiz-new-interface)

From your **quiz name**, select "**Edit"** from the options menu.

From **Create New**, select **Question Pool**.

Enter a Question Pool Title.

To import questions, click on **Browse Question Library**.

**Tick** the questions you would like to add, and then click **Import**.

Review the imported questions by following these steps: Select the **number of random questions** to include from the pool.\ Enter the **points for each question**.

Preview the questions by **clicking Refresh Preview** to see a new selection of questions. When satisfied, click **Save** to finalize your changes.
