Tip! If the event you wish to add an impact to does not appear in the *Recent Events* section, use the search bar to explore additional events.

Select the **Impact Type** box.

By default, time will be the selected impact type. To change this, click **Impact Type** and use the pop-up menu to select a different impact type.

Click **Leave a quick reflection**.

Write a brief reflection of your experience into the text box OR click the **Microphone Icon** in the top-right corner to leave an audio reflection.

If choosing to leave an audio reflection, click the **Microphone Icon** on the new screen to start/stop the recording. Click **Save Recording** to proceed.

Optional: Upload attachments to accompany your impact. Accepted attachments include photos or documents. Once uploaded, click **Continue.**

In the **Details** section, indicate a start/end date for your impact.

Click **Share with Groups** to manually add/remove groups with which you wish to share this impact.

Optional: Rate your experience on a scale of 1-5.
