WSO | Enrollment - macOS

This user guide was made to assist you installing the application (Workspace One Intelligent Hub) which will enroll your device into our remote fleet management solution. It means the IT administrators will be able to assist you, deploy applications and enforce security policies remotely. Also, it will be possible to block or wipe your device remotely in case of loss or theft.

For this installation, you must use the Safari browser.

In the email you received from **[[Workspace ONE UEM]]** [[noreply@awmdm.com]], click on the URL [GetWSONE.com](https://www.getwsone.com)

Select “**2410 or later**”, then click on “**Download Hub**”.

Once the file has been downloaded, click on it to start the installation.

Simply follow the on-screen steps and enter your mac password when prompted to begin the installation.

Once the installation is complete, you can click “**Close**” and move the downloaded file to the trash.

In the top right corner of your screen, click on the Workspace One Intelligent HUB logo and then click on "**Enroll now**"

At this step, the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub will open. \ Before continuing, go back to the email you received from [[Workspace ONE UEM ]][noreply@awmdm.com](mailto:noreply@awmdm.com)to retrieve the credentials you'll need to enter in the Hub.

Get back in the HUB opening window, fill in: - Server URL (not your email address!) - Your group ID\ \ **REMINDER : These 2 informations are available in the mail received from\ [[Workspace ONE UEM]] [[\[noreply@awmdm.com]]**

Depending on your company's security policies, you might have an additional step asking for your username and password. - **Username:** the one provided in the email you received from [[Workspace ONE UEM]][noreply@awmdm.com](mailto:noreply@awmdm.com) - **Password:** it follows the format *Company*2026 -> your company name followed by 2026 (e.g. Rzilient2026)

Click on "**Next**" to activate the HUB

Once Hub is installed, a small profile will be downloaded. Depending on your macOS version the page may automatically open to the correct section to install it. If not, please open “**System Settings**” and use the search bar with “**Profile**” or “**Device Management**” to locate the profile.

Double-click on the “**Enrollment**” profile.

Click on “**Install**”.

Please enter your macOS account password, then click on “**Enroll**”.

**Congratulations, your Mac is now enrolled!**

After the enrollment, a pop-up should appear in the top-right corner of your screen prompting you to activate FileVault. To activate it, simply log out of your session,then log back in with your password. \ \ **This step is important ! Without FileVault enabled, if your Mac is lost or stolen, your data would be freely accessible to anyone.**

Your device will be displayed as "enrolled" on the \_rzilient platform within 24 hours, with the next synchronization MDM <-> platform. An admin can also sync it manually.
