Common Issues & Troubleshooting Guide

This guide outlines the most common issues encountered in FarmCommand (FC), Zone Manager, and SamplePro Zone, with steps and notes to resolve them.

FarmCommand (FC)

• Wrong Season

  • If you are creating a zone map and sampling in Fall 2025, the correct season to select is 2026 crop year.

• No Fields in the Next Year

  • In the Fall, each grower’s data must be carried forward into the next year.

  • If you don’t see any fields listed for the following year, notify your Farmers Edge representative. They will move the data forward.

  • Note: You do not need to re-enter any field information.

Zone Manager

• No Imagery for Zoning

  • Check if the field is new.

  • Check if the field has a subfield created.

  • Confirm if the imagery type is Premium (PlanetScope) or Basic (Sentinel).

  • Important: Both a field and a subfield must exist before imagery can be turned on.

  • Effective Sept 25, 2025, notify your Farmers Edge representative whenever a new field is added. Imagery activation will then be completed, but allow up to 24 hours for imagery to backfill into the system.

SamplePro Zone

• No Zone Map Assigned to Subfield

  • Zone maps must be assigned to a Scenario in RxPro before sampling begins.

  • Refer to the Scribe guide: How to Publish & Assign Zone Maps.

  • Even when doing Composite sampling, a zone map is still required (create a single-zone map).
