Tools Tab: Batch Generate Shapefiles (Batch Rx)

Navigate to [https://rxprozone.farmcommand.com/](https://rxprozone.farmcommand.com/)

Click the "Tools" tab

Click "Batch Rx"

Click the **"X"** to close the pane on the right. This will give you a clearer view of the main screen.

To merge subfield shapefiles upon export, click the checkbox.

To merge fertility and seed recs upon export, click this checkbox.

Using the navigation tree on the left, ensure the checkbox is selected for the grower you wish to export files for.

Then, click "Submit"

Once again, use the navigation tree on the left to select the **application types** you wish to export.

Click the boxes for the Scenario types not needed

In this case, I only want fertility.

For type, I only want fertilizers.

I also only want the Broadcast applications so I check Broadcast, Incorporated.

I also only want corn recs, so I will check corn.

To choose which fertilizers to export, click the appropriate box. I will only check off 12-40-0-10S

Any applications that are checked off will appear on screen in the middle.

As shown, there are two **12-40-0-10S** applications ready for export—one on the **Airport N of Road** field, and another on **Airport NE**.

Click "Generate file" at the bottom of the page.

If desired, you can name the file before exporting. In this example, I will enter **MESZ**, reflecting the fertilizer product being applied.

Click "Download." A zip folder will download with the shapefiles inside. Extract the file and use the "Stripped" files.
